Terms of Use & Intellectual Property

The simple version: the physical plaque you buy is yours to keep, gift, or even resell. What you may not do is copy our original designs or model files to 3D-print them yourself or for others.

1 · About these terms

Islamic3D (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a brand of BetterWayIQ LLC. These terms cover your use of islamic3d.com and the products we sell. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you have any questions, email hello@islamic3d.com.

2 · Our products

We design and 3D-print decorative indoor wall plaques featuring the Beautiful Names of Allah. Each plaque is made to order from high-quality PLA and Silk PLA. Because every piece is printed and hand-finished individually, slight texture or small variations are normal and are not defects. Plaques are intended for indoor decorative use.

Colors shown on screen are simulated and can vary from the finished print. Our “… Stone Marble” colors are a speckled-PLA marble-look; they are not real stone or marble.

3 · Intellectual property

What is protected. Islamic3D’s original plaque designs, the way each Name is arranged in relief, our 3D-printable model files (STL/3MF and related sources), and our product photography are our intellectual property and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, 3D-print, distribute, or sell these designs or model files, and you may not create derivative designs from them, without our written permission.

What is not claimed. We do not claim ownership of the Arabic Names of Allah themselves, of the Arabic language, or of the calligraphy typefaces we license from their publishers. Those belong to the tradition and to their respective rights-holders. Our copyright is in our particular designs, arrangements, files, and photographs, not in the sacred words.

Your plaque is yours

Buying a plaque is buying the object. You own the physical plaque you purchased — you’re welcome to keep it, give it as a gift, or resell that physical piece. We have no problem with you reselling plaques you bought from us.

What isn’t allowed

  • Copying or recreating our designs to 3D-print them yourself or for anyone else.
  • Sharing, selling, or redistributing our model files (STL/3MF or any source files).
  • Using our product photographs to advertise your own listings or competing products.
  • Mass-producing copies of our designs for resale.

4 · Orders, pricing & payment

Prices are shown on the site and confirmed at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. The price you’re charged is calculated on our server at checkout, so the amount you pay always matches the order you placed (plus any shipping and minus any valid promo code).

5 · Shipping & returns

We ship within the United States. Shipping is flat-rate by the number of plaques in your order, and orders of three or more plaques ship free. Because each plaque is made to order, please allow production time before dispatch.

If your plaque arrives defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund. Because our plaques are custom and made to order for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for other reasons (such as a change of mind or a color reading differently on screen) unless the item is defective, damaged, or materially different from what you ordered. 6 · Respect for the Names

These plaques carry the Beautiful Names of Allah. We ask that they be displayed and handled with the respect their meaning deserves. Our calligraphy is sourced with respect to classical Islamic tradition.

7 · Liability

Our products are decorative items sold “as is” for indoor use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BetterWayIQ LLC’s liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
