Privacy Policy

The simple version: we collect only what we need to take your order and get your plaque to you, we don't sell your information, and you can ask us about it any time.

1 · Who we are

Islamic3D (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a brand of BetterWayIQ LLC. This policy explains what information we collect when you use islamic3d.com or place an order, how we use it, and the third parties that help us run the shop. Questions about your data? Email hello@islamic3d.com.

2 · What we collect

We try to collect as little as possible:

Order & contact details: your name and an email or phone number, plus any order notes you send us.
Your plaque design: the size, build, colors, calligraphy, and Name you choose so we can make the right piece.
Payment & shipping details: collected and processed by Stripe on its own secure checkout page. We never see or store your full card number.

The site does not run third-party advertising trackers, and we don't build advertising profiles or sell or rent your information to anyone. We do use privacy-friendly analytics (through Vercel) to count page views and see which pages are popular — it sets no cookies, doesn't store your IP address, and can't identify you or follow you across other sites. It only tells us things in aggregate, like how many people viewed a page and roughly which country they're in.

3 · How we use it

To make and ship the plaque you ordered, and to contact you about your order.
To answer questions you send us.
To prevent fraud and abuse, and to keep the records we need for tax and accounting.

4 · The services we rely on

Stripe processes payments and collects your payment and shipping details on its hosted checkout. Stripe handles that information under its own privacy policy.

Resend delivers our transactional email (for example, sending your order to us, and replying to enquiries).

Vercel hosts the website, serves it to your browser, and provides the privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics described above.

Each of these providers only receives the information needed to do its job. We don't authorize them to use your information for their own marketing.

5 · How long we keep it

We keep order and contact information for as long as we need it to fulfil your order, provide support, prevent disputes and fraud, and meet our tax and accounting obligations. Payment records held by Stripe are governed by Stripe's own retention practices.

6 · Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete information we're not required to keep. Just email hello@islamic3d.com and we'll help. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your local privacy laws.
