Privacy Policy
The simple version: this site does not take orders or payments. We receive what you send us through the contact form, we count visits without identifying anyone, we don't sell your information, and you can ask us about it any time.

1 · Who we are
Islamic3D (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a brand of BetterWayIQ LLC. This policy explains what information we collect when you use islamic3d.com, how we use it, and the third parties that help us run the site. Questions about your data? Email hello@islamic3d.com.
2 · What we collect
We try to collect as little as possible:
- Messages you send us: your name, your email address, the kind of request, and whatever you write in the contact form.
- Nothing when you buy: you buy on Etsy, Amazon or eBay. The marketplace collects your payment and delivery details under its own privacy policy, and passes us, as the seller, what we need to make and send your order.
- Orders placed on this site in the past: while the site took orders, payment and delivery details were collected by Stripe on its own checkout page. We never saw or stored a full card number. We keep the records of those orders that tax and accounting rules require.
The site does not run third-party advertising trackers, and we don't build advertising profiles or sell or rent your information to anyone. We do use privacy-friendly analytics (through Vercel) to count page views and see which pages are popular — it sets no cookies, doesn't store your IP address, and can't identify you or follow you across other sites. It only tells us things in aggregate, like how many people viewed a page and roughly which country they're in. When you follow a link from this site to Etsy, Amazon or eBay, we also count that click: which marketplace, and which design or section the link was for. The count carries nothing about you.
3 · How we use it
- To answer the message you sent us.
- To see, in aggregate, which pages are visited and which marketplace links are followed.
- To prevent abuse of the contact form, to keep the records we need for tax and accounting, and to handle a refund or dispute on a past order.
4 · The services we rely on
Resend delivers the message you write in the contact form to our inbox.
Vercel hosts the website, serves it to your browser, and provides the privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics described above.
Stripe takes no payments from this site today. It holds the payment records of orders placed here in the past, under its own privacy policy, and tells us if one of them is refunded or disputed.
Sentry receives technical error reports from the server code that handles those Stripe notices: what failed, and Stripe’s reference for the event. No name, address, IP address or cookie is attached.
Each of these providers only receives the information needed to do its job. We don't authorize them to use your information for their own marketing.
When you follow a link to Etsy, Amazon or eBay you leave this site. What you do there is covered by that marketplace’s privacy policy, not this one.
5 · How long we keep it
We keep a message for as long as we need it to answer you and deal with any follow-up. We keep the records of past orders for as long as our tax and accounting obligations require, and to handle disputes. Payment records held by Stripe are governed by Stripe's own retention practices.
6 · Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete information we're not required to keep. Just email hello@islamic3d.com and we'll help. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your local privacy laws.
